Unigrains and Mecatherm management complete acquisition of Mecatherm from Wendel
Unigrains, together with Mecatherm's management, completed the acquisition of bakery equipment maker Mecatherm S.A. from Wendel and other shareholders. The enterprise value was 120 million euros.
