Luxury packaging specialist GPA Global acquired family-owned rigid box manufacturer Jenco Productions, extending its North American footprint and adding a presence in Mexico.
Luxury packaging firm GPA Global acquired Hub Folding Box, a printing and packaging manufacturer with a facility in North America, for an undisclosed fee. Combined assets are expected to generate more than $250m in annual revenue. The announcement was made on 9 March 2020.
Hong Kong-based GPA Global has acquired Ireland-based Lucas Luxury Packaging and Lucas Promotions, packaging and promotional item companies serving the spirits and beverage industries. The fee was not disclosed.
