Tederic Machinery

Tederic Machinery plans to acquire at least 51% of Yixinwei Semiconductor Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. via cash consideration and capital increase, with a total cash payment of up to CNY 244.8 million. The deal is subject to audit and formal agreement.

Tederic Machinery inaugurated a new headquarters and 4.0 Smart Factory in Hangzhou, China, capable of producing up to 3,000 electric injection molding machines annually, and a new production plant in Jiaxing, China, with capacity for up to 5,000 hydraulic injection molding machines annually.

Tederic Machinery has moved into its new headquarters and '4.0 Smart Factory' in Hangzhou and opened a new production plant in Jiaxing, China. Together they can produce up to 8,000 injection molding machines per year.
