Athena Group

Mercury Systems announced the acquisitions of Athena Group, a Gainesville, Florida-based provider of cryptographic and countermeasure IP for defense computing, and Syntonic Microwave, a Campbell, California-based provider of advanced synthesizers and microwave converters for SIGINT and ELINT applications. The acquisitions aim to expand Mercury's addressable market in secure processing subsystems for aerospace and defense.
