Itema Group, through its subsidiary Itema Tech s.r.l., has finalized the acquisition of PTMT (formerly Panter), a company in business lease since April 2019, to expand its product portfolio in technical textiles.

Itema launched Itematech, a new company exclusively dedicated to producing weaving machines for technical fabrics, following a business lease agreement with PTMT (formerly Panter).
