Cascade Corporation

Cascade Corporation, a subsidiary of Toyota Industries, has acquired all shares of Lift Technologies, Inc. (USA) and Lift-Tek Elecar S.p.A. (Italy), known as Lift-Tek, a manufacturer of forklift masts. The acquisition closed on October 26, 2021.

Toyota Industries Corp (TICO) has agreed to buy forklift component manufacturer Cascade Corp for $759 million in cash. The deal is expected to be completed by the end of 2012.

Cascade Corporation, owned by Toyota Industries, acquired the whole of Sweden-based Scana Steel Booforge AB from Incus Investor ASA to increase its FLT fork manufacturing capabilities.

Cascade Corporation and Meijer Handling Solutions have established Cascade-KOOI, a joint venture in North America, to offer material handling equipment including KOOI-REACHFORKS and ROLLERFORKS. The joint venture is equally owned and managed by both companies.
