HAAS AS, owned by the Akselsen family and holding 50 per cent of Jackon, accepted BEWI's offer to acquire all Jackon shares, taking consideration in new BEWI shares. The minimum acceptance condition has been met.
BEWiSynbra Group AB acquired BEWi Drift Holding AS for NOK 400 million, paid NOK 100 million in shares and NOK 300 million in cash. The deal was announced on August 17, 2020.
BEWiSynbra Group agreed to acquire 75 per cent of the shares in Dutch recycling company De Wijs-van Loon BV, including its subsidiary Poredo BV, which recycle expandable polystyrene in southern Netherlands. The price was not disclosed.
BEWiSynbra Group has entered agreements to acquire BEWi Produkter, BEWi Polar (together BEWi Norway) and BEWi Automotive, partly paid in new shares and partly in cash. Completion is subject to financing and shareholder approval.
