CanSemi's first 12-inch chip factory in Guangzhou has entered final commissioning, with mass production expected in September 2019. The facility will focus on 90nm-180nm technology products with a capacity of 40,000 wafers per month.

Yuexin Semiconductor's 12-inch chip project in Guangzhou, invested 100 billion yuan, will start mass production in September 2019. The fab will produce microprocessors, power management chips, analog chips, and power discrete devices.
