CFS Brands acquired The Foodware Group, which comprises G.E.T. and Winco, adding dinnerware, drinkware, tabletop and smallwares to its product lineup. Terms were not disclosed.

CFS Brands completed the acquisition of AyrKing, a Kentucky-based manufacturer of automated breading, blending/sifting and commercial marinating equipment for QSR restaurants and grocery chains.

CFS Brands, parent company of several foodservice brands, acquired Piper Products, a manufacturer of aluminum and stainless steel food transport equipment and serving systems based in Wausau, Wisconsin.
