Iconex

Cenveo Worldwide sold its long-run labels and receipt paper assets to Iconex LLC, a portfolio company of Atlas Holdings, including plants in Joplin, MO, Jefferson City, TN and Vernon, CA. Financial terms were not disclosed, announced April 30, 2019.

Armor agreed to buy the thermal transfer ribbon (TTR) business and intellectual property of label solutions provider Iconex. The companies also signed a reseller agreement for Iconex's TTR technology.
