Knauf to sell USG's stake in USG Boral JV for ACCC approval
The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) announced on March 28, 2019, it would approve Knauf's $10 billion acquisition of USG after Knauf agreed to sell USG's 50% stake in the USG Boral joint venture in Australasia to a buyer approved by the ACCC.
