Jet Parts Engineering, a portfolio company of Vance Street Capital, acquired Cima Aviation, an MRO services provider specializing in fuel and hydraulic repairs, and Percival Aviation, an engineering and manufacturing operation for aircraft interiors components.

Jet Parts Engineering (JPE) announced the acquisition of Percival Aviation, a UK-based company specializing in aircraft interiors and associated equipment.

Percival Aviation began construction of a new 40,000 sq ft factory in Segensworth, Fareham, which will double its capacity and create around 30 new jobs over five years. The facility is expected to be completed by the end of 2019.
