CITIC Bohai Aluminum Industries Holding Company

CITIC Aluminio Angola commissioned an aluminum profile factory in Viana, Angola, a joint venture between CITIC Construction and CITIC Bohai Aluminum Industries Holding Company, with an investment of US$40 million and annual capacity of 10,000 tons.

UACJ Corporation agreed to form a joint venture with CITIC Bohai Aluminum Industries and CITIC Dicastal to manufacture automotive aluminum extruded parts, starting with bumpers and battery casings, in China. UACJ will hold 40%, CITIC Bohai 51%, and CITIC Dicastal 9%.

UACJ Corporation reached a basic agreement to form a business alliance with CITIC Bohai Aluminum and CITIC Dicastal to establish a joint venture in China for manufacturing and selling automotive extruded aluminum parts, starting with bumpers and battery casings.
