Phoenix Industrial will install the raw mill for FLSmidth's upgrade of CalPortland's integrated Mojave cement plant in California, with commissioning scheduled for December 2021.

CalPortland has awarded a supply contract to FLSmidth for their Mojave Raw Mill Project, including engineering, equipment and installation of a new OK 48-4 Raw Mill with Condition Monitoring System and ECS/ProcessExpert system.

CalPortland opened a new rapid fill bulk cement loading station at its Oro Grande, California cement plant on May 9, 2019, completing a $58.5 million modernization program that included a new finish cement grinding mill commissioned in March 2019.

CalPortland announced the commissioning of a new finish cement grinding mill and distribution system at its Oro Grande, California cement plant. The $58.5 million project adds 64% production capacity and began in January 2018.
