Doosan Heavy Industries wins $1.4B Indonesia power plant contract
Doosan Heavy Industries signed a contract with PT. Indo Raya Tenaga to build the Jawa 9 and 10 coal-fired power plants in Cilegon, Indonesia. The total project cost is about KRW 1.9 trillion, with Doosan's order share at KRW 1.6 trillion (approx. USD 1.4 billion). Doosan will supply two 1000MW ultra-supercritical units on an EPC basis, with completion expected in 2024.
