ELGi Equipments acquires Australian compressor distributor Pulford Air & Gas
Indian air-compressor maker ELGi Equipments completed the 100% acquisition of Sydney-based distributor F.R. Pulford & Son (Pulford Air and Gas) for approximately A$15.05 million, entering the Australian market.
