Pactex International to invest up to HK$1.3B in new Vietnam plant
Pactex International (formerly known as 互太纺织) plans to invest 6-13 billion Hong Kong dollars to build a new production base in northern Vietnam, with production expected to start between 2022 and 2024, adding monthly capacity of 3-8 million pounds.
