Lambson

Arkema completed the acquisition of its partner's stake in Taixing Sunke Chemicals, its joint venture manufacturing acrylic monomers in China, becoming sole shareholder. The transaction had an approximately €70 million impact on net debt.

Acomar announced it will acquire Lambson, a Wetherby-based specialty chemicals maker, to complement its Sartomer division. The transaction is expected to close in Q4 2019, subject to antitrust approval; the purchase price was not disclosed.

Arkema announced a project to acquire Lambson, a UK-based specialty chemical company with sales of €45 million, to expand Sartomer's photoinitiator product offering. Closing is expected in Q4 2019, subject to antitrust approval.

Chemiesynth (Vapi) entered into a Manufacturing and Supply Agreement with Lambson on 11 March 2019 for the supply of a range of speedcure products.
