Midwest Precision Holdings

Midwest Precision has added two Makino A51 Horizontal Mills with 24-pallet MMC automation and a DMG Mori CMX1100V Vertical Mill with an automated loader to its Eastlake, Ohio facility, increasing capacity for unattended operations.

Tribus Aerospace Corp. completed the acquisition of Midwest Precision Holdings Inc., a manufacturer of precision components for aerospace, defense, energy and engineered products markets. Terms were not disclosed.
