Omega PLC

Omnia Technologies acquired TMCI Padovan, a provider of food and beverage processing technologies, and Omega, a sales engineering company in the Americas. The acquisitions expand Omnia's portfolio and bring its turnover to approximately €400 million.

Omega PLC completed a £20 million expansion (Phase IV) of its kitchen manufacturing plant in Thorne, Yorkshire, increasing the site to 400,000 sq. ft. and production capacity to 34,000 kitchens per annum.
