Enovis Corporation announced a definitive agreement to acquire Novastep, a subsidiary of Amplitude Surgical SA, for its minimally invasive foot and ankle solutions including the Pecaplasty MIS bunion system. The transaction is expected to close in Q2 2023.

Enovis celebrated the opening of a new 40,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in Austin, Texas on September 27, 2022, which will employ an additional 100 team members to support demand for reconstructive hip, knee and shoulder implants.

Mathys Orthopädie, a subsidiary of Swiss Mathys AG, is investing over €50 million to expand its production site in Stadtroda, Germany, creating up to 120 new jobs. Construction starts Q3 2022, production begins early 2024.

Global medical technology company Enovis has acquired Australian orthopaedic company 360 Med Care Pty Ltd. The acquisition aims to expand Enovis' orthopaedic care offerings and give 360 Med Care access to worldwide markets, especially the USA.

Enovis Corporation has announced a definitive agreement to acquire LimaCorporate S.p.A., a global orthopedic implant company, for an enterprise value of approximately €800 million. The deal includes €700 million in cash and €100 million in Enovis stock.
