Fazer Group

Fazer Group is investing EUR 8.5 million to build a new bakery production line for portion bread and renew a chocolate production line for oat-based Fazer Oat Choco products at its Vantaa site. The new lines will start during 2022.

Fazer Group will invest over €30 million to double oat milling capacity at its mills in Lahti, Finland and Lidköping, Sweden, building two new mills.

Fazer Group is investing €40 million to build a xylitol manufacturing facility in Lahti, Finland, using oat hulls as raw material. The factory will be the first fully backward integrated xylitol facility in the world, targeting the food, cosmetics, and pharmaceutical industries.
