Oclaro Japan, Inc.

Lumentum agreed to sell certain optical transceiver product lines developed by its subsidiary Oclaro Japan to Cambridge Industries Group (CIG). The transaction includes a long-term strategic supply agreement for Lumentum's photonic chips and is expected to close in Q2 2019.
