Florida Turbine Technologies

Kratos Defense & Security Solutions acquired an 80.1% interest in Florida Turbine Technologies (FTT), a developer of advanced turbine engines, for $60 million ($33 million cash and $27 million stock). FTT will become part of the Kratos Turbine Technologies Division, focused on small jet engines for tactical weapons and unmanned aerial systems.
