Novosibirsk Radio Components Plant Oksid, part of Rostec's Roselektronika holding, has launched a production line for SMD resistors with an annual capacity of about 170 million units. The investment was about 1 billion rubles, split between federal budget and company funds.

Rostec and RTI-Microelectronics signed a binding agreement to create a combined company in microelectronics, contributing controlling stakes in 19 enterprises. RTI-Microelectronics will hold 50%+1 share, Rostec and Roselektronika will hold 50%-1 share.
