Desbro (Kenya)

The Competition Authority of Kenya approved the acquisition of Desbro (Kenya) Limited by Brenntag (Holding) B.V., a unit of Germany's Brenntag Group. Brenntag will acquire 100% of Desbro's business and assets, including intellectual property, equipment, and employees.
