Systecon, a manufacturer of pumping and control systems, plans to nearly double its building size with a $2.1 million expansion, adding 18 jobs, pending a tax exemption.

ENGIE North America Inc. acquired Systecon LLC, a modular solution provider for data center, commercial, industrial, and other projects. Systecon is headquartered in West Chester, Ohio, and has more than 85 employees.
