bioMérieux, a global player in in-vitro diagnostics and food microbiology testing, acquired Invisible Sentinel Inc., a Philadelphia-based developer of molecular diagnostic tools for food and beverage pathogen detection. The acquisition strengthens bioMérieux's position in food pathogen testing and spoilage organism detection.
