Hull Street Energy

Milepost Power Holdings, an affiliate of Hull Street Energy, has completed the acquisition of EF Oxnard, LLC from Atlantic Power Corporation on December 7, 2023. The deal adds gas-fired generation capacity.

Hull Street Energy agreed to acquire the 56MW Bayswater and 54MW Jamaica Bay natural gas-fired peaking power plants in New York. The financial terms were not disclosed.
