Italian OEM Epta S.p.A has acquired Kysor Warren from Lennox International for $49 million in cash, creating a new company called Kysor Warren Epta US Corp. The deal closed on March 29, 2019, and gives Epta a foothold in North and Central American markets.

Epta Refrigeration, an Italian commercial refrigeration group, entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Kysor Warren from Lennox International for $49 million. The acquisition expands Epta's North American footprint.

Lennox International announced plans to sell its Kysor/Warren business, a manufacturer of refrigerated merchandisers and systems, aiming to close the sale in the first quarter of 2019.
