Affiliates of Stellex Capital Management have acquired Paragon Metals, a manufacturer of precision machined components. The transaction was announced on February 14, 2019.

Stellex Capital Management acquired Paragon Metals, a maker of precision machined components and assemblies with three facilities in southern Michigan, serving automotive, heavy truck and general industrial markets. No financial terms were disclosed.
