Inka Oy has completed the acquisition of Manilla Oy, which will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Inka Oy as of October 31, 2025. The acquisition strengthens Inka's position as a leading Finnish supplier of webbing and rope products.

Indonesian state-owned railway manufacturer INKA and Swiss Stadler Rail AG will build a new railway vehicle factory in Banyuwangi, East Java. Investment is 30 trillion rupiah (approx. 240 billion yen). The plant will have an annual capacity of 1,000 vehicles and is expected to start operations in 2020.
