AFP, Inc.

Sealed Air Corporation acquired AFP, Inc., a privately held fabricator of foam, corrugated, molded pulp and wood packaging based in Pflugerville, Texas. The sale closed August 1, 2018, and AFP had 2017 net sales of $125 million.

Sealed Air acquired Austin Foam Plastics, Inc. (AFP, Inc.), a provider of engineered protective packaging, and will integrate it into its Product Care Division. AFP has six US facilities and a presence in Asia and Mexico.
