Bull Moose Tube Company announced an agreement to acquire Hanna Steel Corporation, a producer of structural and mechanical steel tubing with operations in Alabama and Illinois, a coil-coating facility in Alabama, and Hanna Truck Line. The transaction is expected to close in early Q3 2026.
