Essex Industries, a supplier to the Aerospace and Defense market, acquired Stevens Manufacturing, a precision machined parts company in Milford, Connecticut. The acquisition expands Essex's product portfolio and Northeast service.

Essex Industries acquired Momeni Engineering LLC, a precision machined parts manufacturer in Huntington Beach, California, effective January 1, 2019.
