Jervois Mining Limited has closed its plan of arrangement to acquire eCobalt Solutions Inc., creating an industry leading cobalt investment vehicle with nickel and copper exposure.

M2 Cobalt Corp and Jervois Mining Limited announced that the newly combined company will merge with eCobalt Solutions Inc, acquiring all shares of eCobalt, which owns the Idaho Cobalt Project.

Jervois Mining and eCobalt Solutions have agreed to combine in an at-market transaction. The deal follows the previously announced merger of M2 Cobalt and Jervois.
