Munters, headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden, finalized the acquisition of Geoclima on October 2, 2024. The deal aims to increase market presence in the data center sector through cross-sales and technical development.

Munters has signed an agreement to acquire Geoclima, an Italian manufacturer of air- and water-cooled chillers. Geoclima's net sales for FY 2023 were approximately MSEK 455 (MEUR 40.1). The acquisition is expected to close in the second half of 2024.

UK-based industrial heat exchanger manufacturer Turnbull & Scott signed an agreement with Italian manufacturer Geoclima to offer Geoclima's chillers to its UK customers.

DMG Corp. announced a partnership with Geoclima.

Haier Central Air Conditioning signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Italian chiller manufacturer Geoclima to share product technology and market resources, accelerating Haier's localization in the European water market.
