LS Power

LS Power is planning to carry out upgrades along 93 miles of transmission lines and construct two new substations between Edic substation in Marcy and an existing substation in New Scotland, New York. The project is valued between $750 million and $863 million.

LS Power Equity Advisors has signed definitive agreements to acquire the 1,124 MW natural gas-fired Hummel Power Station in northern Pennsylvania from a consortium including Siemens Financial Services and Panda Power Funds. The transaction is expected to close in Q3 2020.

LS Power completed its acquisition of Enerwise Global Technologies (trade name CPower), a demand-side energy management company, for a private fund it manages. CPower will operate as a stand-alone entity under LS Power.
