Gilbarco Veeder-Root, a Vontier company, won two tenders worth a combined $59 million from Hindustan Petroleum Corporation for dispensers with eight years of service and submersible turbine pumps, to be delivered over 18 months.
Larsen & Toubro's subsidiary L&T Hydrocarbon Engineering won an EPCC contract valued above Rs 7000 crore for the Dual Feed Cracker Unit at the Rajasthan Refinery in Barmer, Rajasthan. The contract was awarded by HPCL Rajasthan Refinery Ltd, a joint venture of HPCL and the Government of Rajasthan.
GE Power won a Rs 220 crore order to supply a 6F.03 gas turbine and generator for a captive power plant at HPCL's Visakhapatnam refinery in Andhra Pradesh. The order was placed by BHEL, the principal contractor, and is part of HPCL's refinery expansion from 8.33 to 15 MTPA.
TechnipFMC was awarded a substantial contract to build a grassroots hydrogen generation unit at HPCL's Visakhapatnam refinery expansion in India, announced on 20 July 2018. The value was not disclosed.
