Prysmian Group to acquire EHC Global for CAD 130M
Prysmian Group has agreed to acquire 100% of EHC Global, a manufacturer of escalator handrails, rollers, elevator belts and components for the vertical transportation industry, for 130 million CAD. The transaction is expected to close in Q4 2020.

EHC Global awarded multi-year contract to supply handrails to RATP
EHC Global, through its French subsidiary, was awarded a two-year exclusive contract by Régie Autonome des Transports Parisiens (RATP) to supply NT and TufFlex escalator handrails, field splicing and technical support services for the Paris Métro and RER networks.
