Italian machinery group CFT acquired the entire share capital of Siapi S.r.l., a maker of two-stage stretch blow-molding machines, for EUR 3 million plus a possible earn-out of up to EUR 2.4 million. Siapi recorded revenues of about EUR 11 million in 2018.
CFT Group acquired a majority shareholding in CO.MAC S.R.L., which designs and makes beverage filling and packaging machines, especially for beer kegs. The deal extends CFT's beverage portfolio.
