NIBE Industrier AB signed an agreement to acquire CFL Holding BV, a Dutch HVAC company, for an enterprise value of €640 million. The transaction is expected to close on September 1, 2023.

Alstom has been awarded a contract worth around €360 million to supply 34 regional high-capacity double-deck trains from the Coradia range to CFL (Société Nationale des Chemins de Fer Luxembourgeois). The trains will be delivered from December 2021 onwards.
