Tekal S.p.A.

Fonderie Mario Mazzucconi S.p.A. acquired full ownership of all shares in Tekal S.p.A. from AP Finance SA for a purchase price of EUR 4,350,000, with total transaction value of EUR 4,500,000. The acquisition was announced on December 17, 2018.
