Airbus Helicopters and the Hungarian Government have selected Gyula, Hungary, as the site for a new aerospace manufacturing plant to produce high precision metallic parts for helicopter dynamic systems. Production is expected to start in 2021.

Airbus Helicopters and Hungary signed a Memorandum of Agreement to create an industrial cooperation for long-term aviation projects, starting with a greenfield plant in Hungary to produce high precision mechanical parts for helicopter dynamic systems.
