Bases Conversion and Development Authority

The Bases Conversion and Development Authority has signed a Joint Venture Agreement with a consortium led by PrimeWater Infrastructure Corporation for the New Clark City water infrastructure PPP project, involving financing, design, construction, operation and maintenance of water and wastewater infrastructure.

The Bases Conversion and Development Authority signed a joint venture agreement with a consortium led by PrimeWater and Tahal Group to deliver smart water and wastewater facilities for New Clark City in Pampanga, Philippines. The 30-year deal was awarded after a tender won in November 2018.
