SCG Trading Company Limited

SCG Trading, a subsidiary of Siam Cement Public Company Limited (SCC), has entered into a joint venture agreement with Great Wall Ceramic Industries Ltd. to establish Smart Build Bangladesh Co., Ltd. in Bangladesh. The joint venture has a planned capital of 63.5 million BDT (approximately 25 million THB), with SCG Trading holding a 51% stake and Great Wall holding 49%.
