HonFei Flight Technology Co Ltd, a joint venture between AVIC Xi'an Flight Automatic Control Research Institute and Honeywell Aerospace, opened a 10,000-square-meter factory in Xi'an, Shaanxi province, to produce flight control systems for the C919 passenger jet.
