NMCN acquired Norfolk-based Lintott Control Systems, a manufacturer of digitally-integrated equipment and process software, for up to £3.7 million subject to a three-year earn-out.

nmcn (formerly North Midland Construction Plc) has secured a £56 million design and build contract from the States of Jersey to develop a new sewage treatment works at Bellozanne, St Helier. The project is due for completion in December 2022.
