Melitta acquires Italian food storage firm Cuki Group
Melitta has acquired Cuki Group, the parent of Italian food storage and refuse bag market leader Cuki Cofresco, based in Volpiano near Turin. Cuki Group had 2017 revenue of about EUR 200 million; terms of the deal were not disclosed.
