MÄDER Group

Whitestone has invested €23.6 million to acquire a stake in Mäder Group, a French supplier of specialty paints, coatings and composites.

SOCOMORE finalized the 100% buyout of MÄDER AERO, the aerospace and defense business unit of MÄDER Group, to expand its coating capabilities. The deal includes a €19m capital increase in MÄDER's holding company.

SOCOMORE and MÄDER Groups signed an exclusive negotiation agreement on November 23, 2018, to create a major player in aerospace qualified coatings.
